At SOLUMA (Accuspeed Solutions Pvt Ltd), we take pride in the quality of our Ayurvedic skincare products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or broken upon delivery
- The product received is defective or has a manufacturing fault
- You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered)
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Product is not in its original packaging
- Dissatisfaction due to individual skin reactions (we strongly recommend a patch test before use)
2. Return Window
All return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@soluma.in within 7 days of delivery
- Use the subject line: "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product showing the damage or defect
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and sealed
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns — SOLUMA is not responsible for items lost in transit
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
If approved:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank or payment provider)
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped
- To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@soluma.in with your order number
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead
- If cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
- Requests made after the 7-day return window
- Products lost due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays due to customs or international shipping beyond our control
