At SOLUMA (Accuspeed Solutions Pvt Ltd), we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic skincare products safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our shipping process, timelines, and charges.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver within India only.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • India: 5–7 Business Days
  • Outside India: Delivery time depends on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance and courier timelines.

Note: These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and dimensions
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value — this will be clearly displayed at checkout

5. Payment Policy

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as all major online payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the courier partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

7. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties depending on the destination country
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the customer
  • SOLUMA has no control over customs processes and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance
  • Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. SOLUMA is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realise an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@soluma.in before your order is dispatched.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

SOLUMA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation by the courier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the courier service directly. You may also reach out to us at info@soluma.in and we will do our best to assist you.

10. Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at info@soluma.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
